Mike Mixer hosts the 5th annual Freight Fest PPG Fly-in. With over 50 pilots making an appearance, and mother nature co-operating with us, the event was a blast.
Every year all the pilots get together to race go-carts. This year the track was re-paved, so the ride was very smooth. The tricky part was the new asphalt was slick, requiring the brakes to go around corners. Having too much speed would cause your cart to slide out, like hitting a banana in Mario Cart.
The costume party is one of the main events of the fly-in. There were some questionable outfits this year.
